Baby Steps is Designed for families:

  • In search of daytime relief, not yet ready for formal childcare

  • With multiples and/or older children

  • No local support

  • Who are first time parents

  • Of NICU Graduates transitioning home

  • Of special needs infants requiring feeding support, Oxygen, ect.

Baby Steps is NOT:

  • Overnight or weekend care

  • Long-term, formal childcare

  • A permanent replacement for nanny or childcare provider

  • Emergency or sick care

  • Private medical care (see FAQ section)

  • A substitute for pediatric or emergency medical care

  • Experiencing post partum or health complications

  • With high-stress work or home environments

  • Returning to work and in need of temporary assistance

  • Desire competent, knowledgeable, trusted care and piece of mind

  • Transitioning between nannies/sitters/formal childcare

  • Looking for short-term guidance

  • Designed to accommodate extended absences or inconsistent attendance within enrollment period

  • Intended for constant changes once the program is underway (goal is to promote structure)

  • Rigid sleep-training program

  • A one-size-fits-all approach

  • Parenting classes or therapy

  • An on-demand or last minute childcare option
