Terms of Service / Service Agreement

By enrolling in Baby Steps, parents agree to program terms. Baby Steps provides structured, hands-on newborn care for ages 0-3 months. This is not medical treatment or daycare. Care is guided by your baby’s needs and in accordance with your healthcare provider’s instructions. Parents remain responsible for their child and direct the care provided.

Baby Steps reserves the right to adjust scheduling or policies as needed and will communicate changes in advance. Participation implies acceptance of these terms.
