Refund / Cancellation Policy

Baby Steps requires advance payment to secure your spot in the program. A deposit for half of the total enrollment fee is due at the time of enrollment/signing of contract and remaining balance is due 24 hours before your baby’s first day in my care. Because care is individualized and time-limited, payments are non-refundable. If a session needs to be rescheduled, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
